Made by Syuro, these canisters are handmade using traditional techniques in Tokyo, Japan. Often used in Japanese Architecture, such as Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples, these raw materials are made by tucking, not soldering , so users can enjoy the natural feel of the material. No rust proofing is done so that they age gracefully over time, thus making them thinner would compromise their durability. The colors will also soften over time while the Brass and Copper will oxidize with touch and wear. The canister will grow on you and you will become more attached to it the more you use it.
